Centennial Veterans Museum
The Centennial Museum with the military displays and community histories cause us to remember our heritage and be thankful for the freedoms which our veterans have preserved. The Roger Mills County Veterans/Communities Museum contains an unequaled display of uniforms, pictures, scrapbooks, and war memorabilia. It also contains RMC communities' histories and has several Friendship Quilts.
The community's history includes Cheyenne, Hammon, Strong City, Durham, Crawford, Sweetwater, Sunny Point, Meridian, Herring, Hamburg, Grimes, Rankin-Reydon, Carpenter, Roll, and Breezy Meadow.
The HRMP would like to thank everyone who has contributed to the Centennial Veterans Museum and appreciates the communities continued support of the Foundation's efforts to preserve the history of Roger Mills County.
If you would like to contribute a piece of Pioneer, Veterans or One Room School House history to the Historic Roger Mills Preservation Board, please contact the Pioneer Museum. The foundation would be thankful to expand our museum's historical artifacts for future generations to enjoy.
